COVID-19 Update 5/17/21:
-Masks optional for vaccinated individuals. We are pleased to announce that facial coverings are optional for vaccinated customers.
-We ask that customers who have yet to receive their vaccine, to please continue to wear a mask and social distance.
- Hours of operation will be 10am till 6pm Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm Saturdays and 11am to 3pm Sunday.
- There are hand sanitizing stations around the store. Please use at your discretion.
- We are now operating at full building capacity.
- We are happy to serve any customer curbside if they so choose, please call 570-226-4251 to see if what you need can be brought out for curbside delivery.
- Dressing rooms are now available for use for all types of garments. Once an item is tried on it will be placed aside and steamed the following day prior to being placed back in stock.
All orders placed prior to 12/Noon EST Monday through Friday will ship that day via the selected delivery service. Orders in excess of $99 will ship free via USPS priority mail ( USPS pick up-- is the following business day of order placement . We also offer shipment services from UPS (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day and Standard Ground).
Privacy & Security
Any and all information we gather in the course of order placement and fulfillment is strictly for Alice’s Wonderlands use and is not shared in anyway with any other party. We will not sell, rent, loan or give away any information that you give to us. Our server tracks IP addresses and referral pages, which helps us maintain our site and plan for future improvements. IP addresses are only looked at as anonymous statistics. We collect and store only the information you present in the process of order placement. We do not store or maintain credit card information of any kind. If at any time you wish us to remove your personal information from our server, please email us at email@example.com. If at any time you feel that your information is incorrect or you need it updated please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Replacements
If you have a question or require assistance in arranging for a return/replacement please send an email to email@example.com
We try to reuse as many of our shipping boxes as we can in order to reduce our materials usage. So please don't be alarmed when your package arrives in an odd looking box.
If you require to return a purchase please just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue an RMA for you to return the item(s).
Please return all hang tags and / or boxes in the same condition as they were shipped to you.
All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, we recommend the use of a shipping method that provide tracking information for you.
If you want us to send a return label, we deduct $5 for the return shipping from the items purchased price. If you want to send on your own, we then would refund the items purchase price.
All items are covered by their specific manufacturers warranty policies. The best way to determine if a product is defective or not is to have us inspect the item in question. We can not make determinations over the phone, via email, SMS etc...
When ordering items from Aliceswonderland.com simply enter your quantity desired up to and not exceeding the amount on hand.
On hand quantities will be displayed once all selectable options (ie size, color, width etc...) have been selected.
If you attempt to order more than what is on hand it will simply not place the items in your cart.
Quantities displayed as available are the actual amounts that we have physically on hand in our store in Greeley, PA.
We reserve the right to correct any price discrepancies.
All quantities are updated every 20 minutes.
If something is sold within that time frame we will contact you with options of whether you would wish us to refund/void your order or advise when back in stock.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments run through the Shopify Payments portal. Card data is entirely handled by their servers. All prices and promotions are considered final once processed though Shopify Payments.
